In 1976, Mr. El Gammal got admitted by the Egyptian bar and started practicing law at one of the top tier law offices. His early practice focused on the general corporate field and related dispute resolutions. After fourteen years of practice of law in nearly all Corporate, M&A and disputes resolution fields, he decided to establish his own office in 1990. Fouad El Gammal’s office was established and started with three lawyers. The office had thorough experience in tourism and hotel management sector. The office incorporated and represented more than fifty major tourism companies in Egypt in all touristic activities, including hotel ownership, management, car and bus rental companies, and aviation companies. The office provided wide scale of services to its clients in different sectors and led a number of major acquisition transactions, this included all the major legal fields; conducting due diligence, negotiations, drafting Shareholders Agreements, Franchise Agreements, guiding the transfer of shares, assets and employees.

In 2015, Ahmed El Gammal, who was admitted by the Egyptian bar in 2005, obtained a LLM Degree in Transnational Commercial Practice and has been working for 10 years in two reputable first tier full service law offices in Egypt, joined the law office and contributed in the renovation of the office to its current form.

Ahmed’s focus was on corporate, employment and aviation fields. He has deep experience in corporate work for all different forms of corporations. His experience in this field included finalizing number of international transactions, in addition to providing close day-to-day corporate advice.

His experience in the Employment field is extensive; he lectured in this field in different occasions and is experienced in providing legal opinions in complicated legal employment situations. His experience in the field of Employment extended to drafting Employment Contracts, Handbooks and internal policies, negotiating amicable settlements and advising clients regarding precautions related to settlements, in addition to handling numerous interrogations with employees. He is also specialized in providing employment-tax advices regarding stock option plans and employees’ profit sharing.

Equally important, he was recognized in the Contentious chapter of The International Who’s Who of Aviation Lawyers 2014, as he contributed in major aviation losses and cooperated in multi-jurisdictional claims. In addition, he is the publisher of an article in the International Bar Association of the Civil Aviation Lawyers’ Newsletter, First Edition.
