The Office advises its clients on contracts of employment, partnerships and severance agreements, in addition to handling the negotiations, drafting and termination of employment contracts, policies, employee benefit plans and compensation. We also provide legal opinions on termination of employment contracts and the procedures, precautions and consequences thereto, and the drafting of personnel regulations in compliance with the Egyptian law. The Office represents its clients in conciliation and litigation proceedings before judicial bodies, handles applications for reorganization or reduction of employees, and all related matters.
